Dana 17. i 18.9.2026. godine, „Udruženje roditelja djece sa teškoćama u razvoju Podgorica“ bilo je domaćin sastanka projektnih partnera u okviru projekta „HEARTS – Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support“, koji okuplja partnere iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Crne Gore i Hrvatske s ciljem unapređenja dostupnosti i kvaliteta podrške djeci s teškoćama u razvoju i njihovim porodicama.
Sastanku su, ispred projektnih partnera iz Bosne i Hercegovine, prisustvovali predstavnici Razvojne agencije Žepče i JU „Dom zdravlja sa stacionarom Žepče“. Tokom dvodnevnog susreta razgovaralo se o dosadašnjoj realizaciji projektnih aktivnosti, ostvarenim rezultatima, iskustvima u radu s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju, kao i o preostalim aktivnostima projekta.
Poseban značaj sastanku dala je mogućnost neposredne razmjene znanja i iskustava stručnog osoblja angažiranog na projektu. Partneri su imali priliku zajedno sa kolegama iz Podgorice prisustvovati tretmanima djece, razmijeniti iskustva iz svakodnevne prakse te razgovarati o različitim pristupima i metodama rada koje doprinose kvalitetnijoj i dostupnijoj podršci djeci i njihovim porodicama.
Tijekom posjete realizirano je i snimanje materijala za promotivni video projekta „HEARTS“, koji će predstaviti ključne aktivnosti, rezultate i iskustva projektnih partnera. Video će biti prikazan na završnoj konferenciji projekta, koja će biti održana krajem novembra 2026. godine u Vinkovcima, a čiji će domaćin biti Razvojna agencija Vukovarsko-srijemske županije.
Sastanak u Podgorici bio je još jedna prilika za jačanje saradnje i partnerstva između institucija uključenih u projekat „HEARTS“, ali i za zajedničko sagledavanje mogućnosti za unapređenje podrške djeci s teškoćama u razvoju. Razmjena znanja, iskustava i primjera dobre prakse predstavlja važan segment projekta i doprinosi stvaranju kvalitetnijeg i pristupačnijeg sistema podrške u lokalnim zajednicama.
Projektni partneri nastavljaju s realizacijom preostalih aktivnosti, usmjerenih na ostvarivanje ciljeva projekta i održivost rezultata koji će ostati kao vrijedan doprinos djeci s teškoćama u razvoju, njihovim porodicama i stručnjacima koji s njima rade.

Project Partners Meet in Podgorica as Part of the “HEARTS” Project
On 17 and 18 September 2026, the Association of Parents of Children with Developmental Difficulties Podgorica hosted a meeting of project partners within the framework of the “HEARTS – Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support” project, which brings together partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia with the aim of improving the accessibility and quality of support for children with developmental difficulties and their families.
Representing the project partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Development Agency Žepče and Public institution “Medical Center and the infirmary” Žepče. During the two-day meeting, the partners discussed the implementation of project activities to date, the results achieved, experiences in working with children with developmental difficulties, as well as the activities remaining until the completion of the project.
A particularly valuable aspect of the meeting was the opportunity for direct exchange of knowledge and experiences among the professional staff involved in the project. Together with their colleagues from Podgorica, the partners had the opportunity to observe therapeutic sessions with children, exchange experiences from everyday practice, and discuss different approaches and working methods that contribute to providing higher-quality and more accessible support to children and their families.
During the visit, footage was also recorded for the “HEARTS” project promotional video, which will present the key activities, results and experiences of the project partners. The video will be presented at the project’s final conference, scheduled to take place at the end of November 2026 in Vinkovci, hosted by the Development Agency of Vukovar-Srijem County.
The meeting in Podgorica provided another valuable opportunity to strengthen cooperation and partnership among the institutions involved in the “HEARTS” project, as well as to jointly explore opportunities for further improving support for children with developmental difficulties. The exchange of knowledge, experience and examples of good practice represents an important component of the project and contributes to creating a higher-quality and more accessible support system within local communities.
The project partners will continue implementing the remaining activities aimed at achieving the project objectives and ensuring the sustainability of the results, which will represent a valuable contribution to children with developmental difficulties, their families and the professionals working with them.
